Social responsibility of the Bar
“Pro bono is one of the ways to make this world better and kinder, president of the Russian Federal Chamber of Advocates Yury Pilipenko said. - There are less and less areas of live that are not subject to rxcessive regulation. The State Duma adopts 400-500 laws a year, approximately half of them is aimed at adjusting the previous ones. The number of people who need legal assistance is increasing, but the pro bono system cannot thrive without considerable participation of the Bar, because the Bar is an organization created on the basis of federal law as a professional community of persons providing legal assistance.”
